SternMed GmbH is an expanding company in the field of medical technology headquartered in Ravensburg, Germany. Our goal is to produce and distribute a diverse selection of high-quality medical devices made in Germany worldwide, while ensuring long-term commitment and local support.
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Administration Officer (m/f/d) with immediate effect.
Your tasks
- Responsible maintenance and continuous updating of our company databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
- Efficient design and implementation of a structured filing system for important and confidential company documents to ensure smooth access and maximum data security
- Respond professionally and promptly to customer inquiries to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and retention
- Responsible management and organization of the company calendar as well as efficient scheduling to optimize internal processes and promote smooth communication
- Needs-based booking and careful preparation of meeting rooms to create a productive and pleasant meeting atmosphere
- Efficient distribution and careful storage of correspondence, including letters and e-mails
- Creation of reports and presentations based on demand using statistical data
- Arranging travel and accommodation for our customers to ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel experience
- Support in the planning and implementation of internal and external events
- Assisting in the management and implementation of marketing campaigns to develop creative strategies and strengthen brand presence
- Conducting research and data analysis to identify and define audiences to develop targeted marketing strategies and maximize the success of our campaigns
- Carefully reviewing and revising all information published on the Internet, both by us and by external parties, to ensure the highest standards of quality and accuracy
- Engage in collaboration and follow-up of marketing and sales activities, including the creation of LOAs, NDAs, and other relevant documents to ensure smooth operations and successful results
Your profile
- With a completed vocational training, e.g. as an office management assistant (m/f/d) or a degree in the field of business, marketing or comparable, you have the necessary specialist knowledge and practical experience
- Ideally, you have at least three years of professional experience in a comparable position
- With your excellent written and spoken German or English skills, you will enrich our team (other foreign languages are an advantage)
- Do you master the MS Office applications confidently and with ease? Then bring your skills to our team
- You have a strong customer focus and the ability to respond to the needs and wishes of our customers to create first-class service experiences
- You are characterized by a quick grasp, are a reliable personality and work independently
- You bring strong teamwork and communication skills that enable you to collaborate effectively with others and convey information clearly

Type of employment:
- Full-time or part-time employment (min. 80%) – on-site
- Permanent employment contract
