SternMed GmbH is a growing medical technology company based in Ravensburg. We are committed to manufacturing and distributing a wide range of affordable German quality medical equipment globally while offering long-term commitment and local local support. We are a supplier of diagnostic imaging equipment (X-Ray, ultrasound, MRI, CT), OR solutions (operating tables and lights, anesthesia machines, RF surgery devices) and patient care (patient monitors, ventilators, medical pumps).

To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for a dedicated Sales Manager (m/f/d).

Your tasks

  • Conception and operational implementation of market potential analyses
  • Identification of sales partners
  • Negotiating distribution agreements with the identified distribution partners
  • Monitoring of sales partners to ensure sales targets
  • Development and maintenance of an effective network of purchasing organizations
  • Representation of the product portfolio
  • Representation of our company at international congresses, trade fairs and customer events
  • Reporting to the HoD

Your profile

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in international sales of medical devices
  • Knowledge in the field of medical devices
  • Solid experience in dealing with market data and statistics for sales management
  • Presentation confidence in a scientific and commercial context
  • Willingness to travel
  • dynamic and open-minded personality
  • Independent and structured way of working, creativity, Ability to work in a team, analytical and empathetic skills as well as intercultural competence
  • Fluent written and spoken English, good knowledge of German and other languages (Spanish, French) is an advantage
