Occupation: Market Development Officer (m/w/d)
SternMed GmbH is an expanding company in the field of medical technology headquartered in Ravensburg, Germany. Our goal is to produce and distribute a diverse selection of high-quality medical devices made in Germany worldwide, while ensuring long-term commitment and local support. We specialize in diagnostic imaging (X-ray, ultrasound, MRI, CT), OR solutions (operating tables, operating lights, anesthesia machines, HF surgical equipment) and patient care (patient monitors, ventilators, medical pumps).
To strengthen our dynamic sales team, we are looking for a motivated and committed personality as Sales Manager DACH/EU (m/f/d).
Your tasks
- Develop creative concepts and implement them operationally to create exciting market potential analyses that drive our growth
- Discover and identify promising sales partners to conquer new markets together and expand our network
- Successfully negotiate distribution agreements with our identified distribution partners to establish strong partnerships and drive our growth
- Monitor the performance of our channel partners to ensure that sales targets are met
- Build and maintain a strong network with purchasing organizations to create valuable relationships and discover new opportunities together
- Present our diverse product portfolio with enthusiasm and conviction to inspire potential customers with our solutions
- Proudly represent our company at international conventions, trade shows and customer events, helping to bring our brand and values to a global audience
- Keep the Head of Department regularly informed by generating comprehensive reports to promote informed decision-making and progress towards our goals
Your profile
- You have at least 2 years of relevant experience in the international distribution of medical devices and a deep understanding of the medical device sector
- With your solid experience in dealing with market data and statistics, you will successfully manage sales and make well-founded decisions
- You convince with presentation confidence in both scientific and commercial contexts and inspire your audience
- Your willingness to travel shows your commitment to exploring new markets and building relationships
- You are a dynamic and open-minded personality who scores with an independent and structured way of working
- You are characterized by creativity, the ability to work in a team as well as analytical and empathetic skills, and your intercultural competence enables you to operate successfully in an international environment
- You communicate fluently in German and have a good knowledge of English (other language skills, such as Spanish or French, are an advantage)

Type of employment:
- Full-time or part-time employment – on site
- Permanent employment contract
